Projects and memory

Projects keep the brief, products, references and approved work for each launch or client. Memory keeps what Super Agent knows about your business.

Projects and memory give Super Agent context. A Project holds everything for one launch or client. Memory holds what Super Agent knows about your business in general. You can view and edit both.

What is a Project?

A Project holds:

  • The brief.
  • The products involved.
  • Reference images.
  • The work you have approved.

Open your Projects at Projects. Start a new Project for each launch, campaign or client so their context stays separate.

What is memory?

Memory is what Super Agent remembers about you across chats:

  • Your business and audience.
  • Your brand voice.
  • Your products.
  • Your preferences, such as formats you like or things to avoid.

How does Super Agent learn?

As you work, Super Agent saves useful facts to memory and updates your profile. You can also tell it directly, for example "remember that we never use red in our ads".

Can I see and edit memory?

Yes. Open the Memory page to view what Super Agent knows. Edit anything that is wrong or out of date, and remove anything you do not want it to use.

Projects, memory and Brand DNA

  • Brand DNA is your saved brand kit: products, references, visual direction, tone and rules. See Set up Brand DNA.
  • Memory is what Super Agent learns about you over time.
  • Projects are the context for one piece of work.

Tips

  • Name Projects after the launch or client.
  • Keep the brief in the Project up to date.
  • Check the Memory page every so often.

Quick answers

Where are my Projects?

At Projects in Super Agent.

Can I delete something Super Agent remembers?

Yes. Edit or remove it on the Memory page.

Should I use one Project per client?

Yes. Separate Projects keep each client's context apart.

Do Projects replace Brand DNA?

No. Brand DNA is your brand kit, and Projects hold the context for a specific piece of work.
