Your Data, Privacy, and Deleting Your Account

You own the content you upload and create. Here is how to stay in control of your data. The full details are in our Privacy Policy.

We do not train AI on your content

We do not train AI models on your prompts, uploads, or generated content. Your requests are sent to the AI provider of the model you choose, only to produce your result.

Manage Super Agent memory

Super Agent saves facts about your business and brand so it can help you better. Open Super Agent > Memory to review what it saved and delete anything you do not want it to keep.

Shared links

Shared chats, flows, and storyboards can be viewed by anyone with the link. You can disable a chat share link at any time from the Share dialog.

Connected accounts and apps

Disconnect social accounts, your Meta ad account, or apps such as Gmail or Google Drive at any time from Super Agent > Connectors. Access stops immediately.

Delete your account

• Go to Settings and scroll to Delete account.
• Type your account email to confirm.

Deleting your account cancels active subscriptions, disconnects your social accounts, removes you from our newsletter, and permanently deletes your account. This cannot be undone. If you are the billing owner of a team, transfer ownership first.

Request a copy or erasure of your data

Email privacy@avocadoai.co to request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or confirm that all of your content has been erased. We reply within 30 days.
