Refunds, cancellation and renewals

You can cancel your Avocado AI subscription at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Subscriptions are not refundable except where the law requires it or there was a clear billing error. The full terms are in the Refund Policy.

How do I cancel?

Cancel from your account billing settings at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal. The current period is not refunded, and you keep your plan until it ends.

Will I be reminded before renewal?

Yes. We email you a reminder 7 days before your subscription renews.

Can I get a refund?

Subscriptions are non-refundable, except:

• Where the law requires a refund.
• Where there was a clear billing error.

What about failed generations?

If a generation fails, the credits are refunded to your balance automatically. You do not need to contact us.

EU right of withdrawal

In the EU you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. Because you get access to the service straight away, this right is waived once the service starts. Business customers are excluded from this right.

How do I contact billing?

Email billing@avocadoai.co. We reply within 5 business days. Include the email on your account and, for a billing error, the date and amount of the charge.

Credits after cancelling

Unused subscription credits roll over for a year, and top-up credits are valid for a year. See Plans, credits and the Super Agent allowance for how credits and top-ups work, and Pricing for current plans.
