Getting Started with Super Agent

Super Agent is an AI marketing agent that works for your brand. You describe what you need in plain language, and it plans the work, creates images, video, and captions, and (with your approval) publishes or schedules the content. Super Agent is included on the Growth and Pro plans.

Open Super Agent

Click Super Agent in the top navigation. Start a new chat and type a request, for example:

• "Make 5 Instagram posts for our autumn launch using our product photos."
• "Write and produce a 15-second UGC ad for our new serum."
• "Plan next week's content calendar and schedule it."

What it can do

• Create and edit images, video, UGC ads, music, and voiceovers with Avocado's models.
• Research your business and competitors, and write copy and captions.
• Work inside Projects, which keep the brief, files, products, and results for one campaign together.
• Publish and schedule posts to your connected social accounts, run comment-to-DM automations, and manage Meta ads (with the Operator add-on).
• Read and update apps you connect, such as Gmail, Google Drive, Notion, or Airtable.

Memory

Super Agent remembers your business, brand, products, and preferences so you do not repeat yourself. Open Super Agent > Memory to see everything it saved. You can add a memory yourself or delete any memory you do not want it to keep.

Approvals: nothing goes live without your yes

Super Agent asks before it does anything public or costly. Publishing a post, scheduling a post, and every Meta Ads change need your approval in the chat. Approvals are single-use, so each action is confirmed separately. You can cancel scheduled posts and jobs at any time.

How usage works

• Super Agent allowance: chat, reasoning, and agent work use a separate monthly allowance included with Growth and Pro. It resets on your billing renewal date. Receipts in the chat show the share of your allowance a task used.
• AI generation credits: images, video, and other media the agent creates use your normal credits, the same as creating them yourself.
• Credit top-ups do not increase the Super Agent allowance.

Share a chat

Use Share in a chat to create a read-only link. People with the link can view the conversation but cannot reply or use your Super Agent. You can turn on "Include future messages" or disable the link at any time.

Tips

• Give it your goal and audience, not only the output ("drive sign-ups from gym owners" beats "make a post").
• Attach product photos so products look exact.
• Review drafts before approving. AI can make mistakes, and approved posts and ads are published under your name.
