Connect Social Accounts, Publish, and Automate Comments
Connect Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and Threads, then publish, schedule, and set up comment-to-DM automations.
With the Operator add-on, Super Agent can publish and schedule posts on your social accounts and reply to comments automatically.
Who can use it
Operator is a €29/month add-on for the Growth and Pro plans. One subscription covers every supported platform.
Connect your accounts
- Open Super Agent > Connectors.
- Add the Operator add-on if you have not yet.
- Click the platform you want and sign in to authorize access.
Supported today: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and Threads. You can disconnect an account at any time from the same page.
Publish and schedule
- From chat: ask Super Agent to post or schedule content. It shows you the post and asks for approval before anything goes live.
- From the calendar: open Super Agent > Calendar to create, review, reschedule, or cancel posts.
Comment-to-DM automations
On Instagram and Facebook you can send an automatic direct message to people who comment a keyword on your post, and optionally reply to their comment publicly.
- In the post composer: turn on the automation, add keywords, and write the DM.
- In Flows: use the Comment Trigger node (up to 20 keywords) followed by a Send DM node.
You can see how many comments matched and how many messages were sent.
Your responsibilities
- Posts and messages sent on your instruction are published under your name.
- Keep automated messages honest and relevant, and follow each platform's rules and local anti-spam law. See the Content Policy.
- Platforms can limit or change what their APIs allow. Some features may change as a result.
Manage or cancel the add-on
Go to Settings > Billing > Manage Operator to update or cancel the add-on.
