Versioning and rate limits

The current REST version is v1 at /api/v1/. Unversioned /api/* generation routes are v1 aliases. Send API-Version: 1 if you prefer a version header. Breaking changes ship as /api/v2/. Deprecated versions are signaled with Deprecation and Sunset headers for at least 180 days. Responses include RFC 9331 RateLimit headers; HTTP 429 includes Retry-After.
